Surround mixing for shoots finishing in Peru runs through Lima's growing cluster of theatrical and broadcast-grade post houses. Cinesphere Audio anchors the chain with the country's first Dolby Atmos-certified bay. The work shares space with Tondero Post's audio bay, Audiovisual Project Perú's post-audio rooms, La Mecha Post, Audio Pro Perú and Cine Lab Lima's audio suite.

Our mixers route through calibrated 5.1 and 7.1 tracking rooms built to ITU-R BS.775 alignment. They send dialogue to the centre channel, spread music and ambience across the left-right-surround arc, and route low-frequency impact through the LFE. The format brief shifts a lot from project to project. An Andean drama needs wind, condor calls and altitude to sit in the back surrounds for Sacred Valley sequences. A modern Lima thriller is cut against Miraflores and Barranco traffic textures. An Amazon-set documentary lets jungle insect beds and river sounds carry the spatial bed. An Afro-Peruvian musical biopic needs careful surround placement for festejo cajón and Susana Baca-tradition vocals, so percussion sits forward and chorus voices wrap.

Stage time is booked against the dub schedule with picture-lock buffers built in.

Format-specific masters are encoded to each deliverable spec: DCP for theatrical with Peruvian DAFO certification, EBU R128 LUFS targets for European broadcast partners, ATSC A/85 -24 LKFS for US and Latin America linear delivery, Netflix LATAM -27 LKFS for streaming, plus calibrated Atmos object-based mixes when the home-entertainment release supports it. Our re-recording mixers create stereo and mono fold-downs from the surround masters, so the project carries across cinema, top home theatre, broadcast and mobile playback without phase issues or dialogue loss.

Spanish-neutral and Latin American-Spanish M&E stems are prepared in parallel for the dub deliverables that Netflix LATAM, Disney+ LATAM, Prime Video LATAM and Max Latin America need. Quechua and Aymara language stems are added where the production carries indigenous-language dialogue or narration.
