Talent Coordination

Setting up talent in Peru means moving performers across one of the most vertically dramatic landscapes in production. Our team holds working ties with Lima-based agencies, including Talent Group Peru, Magdalena Producciones, and Tondero Talent. We also know the casting directors who place leads on Latina and América Televisión telenovelas. These directors also cast feature films shot at the Sacred Valley and along the capital's Costa Verde. Our crews handle call-time sheets and fittings at the capital wardrobe houses in Miraflores and Barranco. We run on-set holding at studio sites across San Isidro and Surco. Each cast member's day becomes a chain of timed handoffs from pickup through wrap. We build extra buffer into Cusco shoot days for altitude acclimatisation.

Day-to-day execution covers ground transport between Jorge Chávez Global, Lima hotels in Miraflores and San Isidro, and a wide span of locations. These include the Centro Histórico, Pachacamac, the Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca, the Colca Canyon, and the Amazon access points of Iquitos and Puerto Maldonado. We manage per diems in line with SUNAT tax rules. We also set up visa and migration forms for inbound performers. Our team briefs talent on local protocol, including respectful conduct at Inca and pre-Inca heritage sites under INC oversight.

Wardrobe, makeup, and hair calls are timed against the Peruvian Labor Code's working-hour limits. A coordinator stays on call through each shoot day. We also keep trilingual Spanish-Quechua-Aymara support ready when shoots bring in Andean or Amazon community talent. High-profile bookings get extra privacy layers and discreet movement through tourist-heavy zones like Aguas Calientes and the Plaza de Armas.
