SCENE 01 / BROADCAST DELIVERY
Broadcast Delivery
Professional broadcast delivery ensuring perfect compliance with television network standards worldwide.
Broadcast delivery prepares finished content so it can air on television. It meets the tech standards that each TV network sets. That work covers video codecs, audio channel setups, loudness standards, closed captioning, and quality control specs. These rules differ from one network and region to the next.
We manage broadcast delivery through mastering facilities that know the tech needs of your target networks. Our team handles format specs, quality control checks, and delivery logistics. This makes sure your content passes tech acceptance and airs without issues.

Broadcast delivery for Peruvian and global networks
In Peru, broadcast delivery rests on the published tech specs of the major free-to-air and pay-TV operators. These are Latina Televisión, América Televisión, ATV, Panamericana Televisión, TV Perú as the public network, and Willax, plus their streaming arms and Movistar Play under Telefónica del Perú. Each one keeps its own ingest profile. That profile sets the accepted codecs and MXF container structure. It also covers audio channel mapping, EBU R128 and ITU-R BS.1770 loudness targets, captioning workflow, and Spanish-language metadata schema.
Our delivery team works through Cinesphere DI Lima, Tondero Post, and Audiovisual Project Perú Post. It holds the latest spec sheet for each network and builds masters to match the published needs. Files then clear tech acceptance on the first submission. That avoids rejection notes, which can put air dates and DAFO-supported licensing windows at risk.
Some global networks take Peruvian content under licence. These range from Ibermedia-funded co-productions with Spanish, Argentine, or Brazilian public networks, to BBC or Channel 4 in the UK, to US cable and streaming buyers. For all of them, we run dual-standard delivery. This covers both the domestic Peruvian master and the localised global version.
We convert NTSC and PAL frame rates with motion-compensated processing, not simple frame doubling. Audio is remixed to each network's loudness target — ATSC A/85 for US networks and R128 for EBU regions. Closed-caption and Spanish-subtitle files are converted to the receiving network's preferred container. Automated Interra Baton and Venera Pulsar QC runs alongside manual operator review. Each package ships with a written compliance report. It logs video levels, audio loudness, safe-area conformance, and metadata completeness, so the receiving network can sign off without escalation.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What broadcast standards do you support?
We support all major broadcast standards. That covers HD and UHD formats, PAL and NTSC frame rates, and specs from networks worldwide. Our team keeps pace with new broadcast needs, including HDR standards and immersive audio formats.
How do you ensure first-pass QC acceptance?
We pair automated QC systems with manual review to check each tech setting before delivery. These checks cover video levels, audio loudness, safe areas, metadata, and format compliance. Each delivery ships with a detailed QC report.
Can you handle tight broadcast deadlines?
Yes. Broadcast schedules are demanding, and we know it. Our facilities run extended hours when needed. Smooth workflows let us turn work around fast without cutting quality. We will fit your schedule and meet even the tightest air dates.
Do you support international broadcast delivery?
Fully. We often deliver to networks across Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond. Each region brings its own needs, and we know them well. That means local loudness standards, captioning formats, and the rules each market sets.
