Online Conform & QC

Here is how this works in practice. Online conform is the technical finishing pass where an approved offline edit is rebuilt at full resolution from the first camera negatives, the VFX, graphics, titles, subtitles, and final audio are integrated, and the assembled master is inspected frame-by-frame against the receiving sites's specs. For Peruvian productions, that conform runs at Cinesphere DI Lima — the country's largest finishing site — alongside Tondero Post, Audiovisual Project Perú Post, and Cine Lab Lima, where Baselight and DaVinci Resolve Studio sessions are paired with Interra Baton and Venera Pulsar automated QC for sign-off.

Here is the short of it. Sources are commonly mixed across an ARRI Alexa A-camera, RED Komodo or Venice B-roll, and DJI Ronin or drone units, often supplied through Filmotechnik Peru and Cinerental Peru rental flows, so the conform team manages multi-codec reconciliation, frame-rate alignment, and ACES colour running to land a single technically clean timeline.

Here is the breakdown. Our finishing team holds today's ingest specs for the major destinations Peruvian content reaches — Latina Televisión, América Televisión, ATV, TV Perú, and Willax for domestic broadcast; Movistar Play, Claro Video, Netflix Latin America, Amazon Prime Video LATAM, and Disney+ LATAM for streaming; and Cineplanet, Cinemark Perú, UVK Multicines, or Cinépolis Perú for theatrical. QC sweeps cover video gamut and luminance compliance, EBU R128 and ITU-R BS.1770 audio loudness, sync drift, subtitle timing and safe-area conformance, metadata completeness, and frame-by-frame artefact detection.
