Our concept partners are based out of Lima — production design teams attached to Tondero, Big Bang, and Maretazo Cine, creative directors who have worked with Claudia Llosa, Francisco Lombardi, Joel Calero, and Salvador del Solar, and emerging voices coming out of PUCP and the Festival de the capital ecosystem. We help global clients translate a brief into a workable Peruvian-market concept by anchoring it to specific places and palettes, from the ochre adobe of pre-Columbian sites to the cool greys of the capital's coastal fog and the saturated greens of the Amazon basin.

Here is the breakdown. The development process is workshop-driven from the first session. We host ideation rounds in Lima or remotely, build mood boards drawing on Peruvian photography, textile heritage, and the cinematography traditions established by Claudia Llosa and Melina León, and develop narrative structures that hold up against feasibility planning at locations as different as the Inca Trail, Lake Titicaca, the Colca Canyon, and the historic centres of Trujillo and Chiclayo.

Here is what that looks like on the ground. Each refined concept arrives as a structured package: written treatment, mood references, location possibilities tied to specific regions and their respective film commissions, talent direction across professional and Indigenous casting pools, and a feasibility note flagging permit timelines with DAFO, the Ministerio de Cultura, SERNANP for protected areas, and INC heritage approvals. Clients leave with a concept that respects the director's voice, leverages Peru's distinctive visual world, and can survive the transition into production.
