Concept development in Peru draws on a visual range that few countries can match within one border. That range runs from Inca masonry at Machu Picchu and Sacsayhuamán to colonial baroque in Cusco and Arequipa's white-sillar centre. It also takes in the Nazca Lines across the Sechura desert, the Huacachina oasis, the salt terraces of Maras, the reed islands on Lake Titicaca, and the dense canopy of Manú National Park.

Our concept partners are based in Lima. The roster spans production design teams tied to Tondero, Big Bang, and Maretazo Cine. It also brings in creative directors who have worked with Claudia Llosa, Francisco Lombardi, Joel Calero, and Salvador del Solar. Emerging voices from PUCP and the Festival circuit in the capital round out the group. We help global clients turn a brief into a workable Peruvian-market concept. Each idea is anchored to real places and palettes. These run from the ochre adobe of pre-Columbian sites to the cool greys of the capital's coastal fog and the saturated greens of the Amazon basin.

The development process is workshop-driven from the first session. We run ideation rounds in Lima or remotely. Our team builds mood boards from Peruvian photography, textile heritage, and the cinematography traditions set by Claudia Llosa and Melina León. We then develop narrative structures that hold up against feasibility planning. These have to work at sites as varied as the Inca Trail, Lake Titicaca, the Colca Canyon, and the historic centres of Trujillo and Chiclayo.

Each refined concept arrives as a structured package. It holds a written treatment, mood references, and location options tied to specific regions and their film commissions. The package also covers talent direction across pro and Indigenous casting pools. A feasibility note then maps permit timelines with DAFO, the Ministerio de Cultura, SERNANP for protected areas, and INC heritage approvals. Clients leave with a concept that respects the director's voice, draws on Peru's unique visual world, and can survive the move into production.
