Here is what that looks like on the ground. Andean instrumentation reads distinctively against Hollywood scoring conventions — huayno rhythmic phrasing, cumbia peruana and chicha grooves for today's Lima-set crime drama, festejo and landó for Afro-Peruvian biopic and the Susana Baca-tradition vocal plan, marinera for coastal-region material, plus the El Cóndor Pasa harmonic language for Sacred Valley and Cusco-set epic features. Live recording is tracked to Dolby Atmos-ready stems where the theatrical or top home release supports it, with calibrated stereo and surround fold-downs for streaming and broadcast.

Here is how the picture comes together. Rights administration runs through APDAYC for the Peruvian territory plus the global PRO of the composer's home registration, with cue sheets, INDECOPI trademark clearance where needed, and IGV 18% VAT handled on the production side. Standard agreements transfer full ownership of first compositions to the producer including publishing and mechanical rights — framed clearly up front in the composer contract.
