Wire Cam Systems

Wire cam coverage in Peru comes through per-project imports, not permanent setups. The local market does not yet support a resident Spidercam-class operator. Productions that need cable-cam bring the rigs in under SUNAT short-term-admission carnets, mostly from Brazil or Argentina, where the regional gear is held.

Liga 1 football coverage drives most of the demand. The Estadio Nacional and the Estadio Monumental in Lima host Universitario, Alianza Lima, and the senior national-team fixtures. Broadcast specs are set by the Federación Peruana de Fútbol and by the CONMEBOL standards that Copa Libertadores group-stage and knock-out matches need. Concerts and festivals form the second demand stream. Vivo X El Rock at the Estadio San Marcos uses wire cam too. Global touring acts at the Estadio Monumental and the Jockey Club rely on it for the aerial moves that set top live capture apart from standard multi-cam.

Each job starts with a venue survey. The team maps anchor points, span geometry, and audience-zone concerns, and confirms the FPF and CONMEBOL broadcast specs for that fixture before rigging begins. Certified riggers then build the system with backup cables, auto tension tracking, and fail-safe braking. INDECI safety inspections, Defensa Civil clearance, and the local Bomberos fire-marshal sign-off come before each live show. The Municipalidad de Lima or the Municipalidad de Surco handles district-level permits, depending on the venue.

Outdoor festival shoots face Pacific coastal wind off the Costa Verde and Andean afternoon weather inland, so weather tracking is built into operations. DAFO and the Ministerio de Cultura sign off the production framework. IGV at eighteen per cent applies to qualifying spend, and ANACTP terms cover the broadcast crew across the schedule.
